ALMOST Emptyhanded...  Yesterday I made my rounds through the Antique, Thrift, and Junque stores. I didn't see anything I wanted or needed until there for just fifty cents was a tall candlestick for JD's baby grand piano in the parlor. After my singular find I proceeded on to the grocery store. |

It was 36F here all day, thick cloud cover, brisk S wind. This evening it has warmed up to 37F. I barked the dog as usual after lunch, but didn't do much else today. Sunday is my day of rest.
