You need to bring the watermelon juice to a full rolling boil in the pot for at least a minute.

Sterilize your lids

and jars.


Fill each jar almost to the lid then tighten on the lid >TIGHT< We got 3.. 1/2 pints of Jelly

 Now I helped Bret do blog. JD & Max not home yet. Snow melted a bunch was 42F the car said.

 Great job on the jelly preserves Alex and Bret. Glad you are keeping busy homemaking while Max and JD are out playing in the snow. Hope they make it home safely. Driving snow mobiles in the dark can be a bit intimidating. In my younger years I have become lost driving one in the dark.

Hey Roger I am OK just strung out. I have discovered the older I get the earlier it becomes L:ATE !!! Weather cooperating very nicely. All the roads are cleared free from ice & snow.

I think <Max & JD celebrated his birthday a bit too ,much for their age..... I'd let the fireplace practically go out the house was so nice and warm. Just so nice to have Alex here

 JD's birthday is not until January 27th but we have to toss it in with the week in Dec to January while we are together... My B-day goes to <Memorial Day, Max on July 4th and Alex Labour Day... Just jhave to do when we are together.
