 sewg I don't often post about my baby. Had Canada not shut down with the covid nonsense it would be a Rolls... I'd reached a reasonable price on a used Rolls, however, Truedon't shut down the border with no way to consummate the purchase.

Bret, the corn fritters turned out great. Using the recipe as you specified, I had enough for breakfast, lunch, and half of dinner. Found I needed a lot of oil when I cooked it in a fry pan, but a little less when cooked on the griddle. Next time I will get a little better at the cooking aspect.

Roger I don't like talking about my Mercedes too much as I don't want to appear as a braggart. Once anyone has ever driven an SLK they would understand the incredible engineering marvel encompassed in this auto.

Roger so glad you enjoyed them and they turned out for you. JD rolled over in his sleep resting his leg on my lower back waking me up. More Oxy so I can go back to sleep. Temp up in the 40's for T-day which should give Max good flying weather to come out with on Wednesday.

JD got home a bit early 8ish our time ... Think even the horses were happy to see him LOL! My back is hurting really bad and Oxy's are not kicking in very fast it seems. Our Dollar General Store will be open on T-day and Friday with some very good sale prices... 2 liter Pepsi & Dew 2/ $2.50 .. Chocolates, Soap and other cleaning products cheap.... I/WE may have to run into town in the course of the day.
