Rubba -Dub - DUB!


I went into my new doctor who has taken over for mine while he is off doing his Military Service. Excellent physician. Right to the point.... Cleaned my "wound" asked how other aspects were going to both our satisfactions.....



MY GREATEST JOY... When I asked if I was healed sufficiently to be able to take a shower...

 I have NOT been able to take a shower since I took sick in July requiring extensive surgery. What my grandma called "spit bathes" just wiping down with a wet wash cloth , washing my hair in the sink and just getting by with a great deal of deodorant are over... I AM CLEAN!

 Oh man! What a relief for you. You've been waiting a long time for this well deserved shower. I hope you enjoyed a very long one. I'm glad you have a good rapport with your new Doctor.

 I've had a very long day. Got up at 6 am to take my friend and neighbor in for day surgery. Brought him home by lunch o'clock, after stopping at his pharmacy to get some opioid pain meds. He probably won't take them because he is afraid of becoming addicted. His little doggy is playing nurse maid for him. I will check on him 2morrow.

I am squeaky clean Roger! She seems to be a most adequate replacement for the time being. I want my regular back, however, she's pleasant but not much on the conversation.

PAIN is by far worse than addiction to opioids.... I'll keep my Oxys within reach and second only to <M&Ms. Bought a new watch today barrie went dead on my watch and dang near caused me to be late for the drs appointment.

I thought two weeks was bad, can't imagine what 4 months without a nice hot shower would feel like.

Soooooooooooooo NICE to wash my hair and work my way down ..... We even have one of those foot cleaning brushes they advertised on TV a few years back.
