It's always good to have a couple days off. It's getting the time of year when a prolonged spate of cold weather could settle in. I hope you can get your harvest completed before that happens.

I had some turkey/ham noodle soup with 3 slices of bread for lunch. Supper was a burger and a baked spud.

I spent all day working in the garage tearing down part of the ceiling, replacing the insulation and vapour barrier, and some water damaged wall panels. I did a bit of painting to cover other water stains. Tomorrow, I will be cutting to size and installing the ceiling panels. It shouldn't take too long. Once done, I can move everything back in place that I had to move out of the way. I am really tired and my back is sore.

We're headed into a major cool down this week with dry conditions. It is just nice to have some cuddle time ... even with MUTTs Inc.

LOL, it got thirsty and needed a drink of water. Dog gone farm equipment has a mind of its own! Oh, sorry, that was when they used to use mules.

Maybe the driver fell asleep?

No idea what I want for dinner, just not very hungry tonight.

We're having spicy chicken with fried rice... Quiet subdued. With the drought here our equipment can't quench it's thirst!

SOUP¨AND SANDWICH? THAT IS OFTEN MY EVENING MEAL. MY MAIN MEAL IS AT NOON, IT IS PRETTY MUCH A TRADITION HERE AND IS SAID TO BE HEALTHIER THAN A BIG MEAL IN THE EVENING. I DO HOPE YOU GET EVERYTHING HARVESTED THIS YEAR.
Nothing like a bowl of hot soup any time of day!

The machinery gets greased and the oil changed.
