Bqck from Iowa City  I/we are back from Iowa City. The cancer may have spread to my liver.... those "F"ers don't know took CT scan and with let me know........ Sick of the whole G D mess. |

Technicians never tell you anything, they leave that up to your doctor. It took a week before I got the news that my second tumor was benign. You are in my prayers always.

Hang in there. C Horse is right. Medical is light years ahead now. My step daughter in law had double lung transplant several years back. Approx 6 years later she had to have another double lung transplant plus liver transplant on the same day.. She was down to 98 lbs. Now she is looking good----- doing well and goes out walking with family. They visited us a few weeks back and she does not look like she has ever been sick. I do not believe in miracles but she does. I credit it to medical. I can tell you without wishful thinking.------- Do not give in.------ Do not give up on medical. I have seen it happen. You can make it through. Hang in there.

Bret, have faith in your Dr. Always think positive, even if the scan shows the cancer has spread. Treatment is available. Don't give up, my friend.

Geez ! Sorry to hear that ! I hate cancer so much ! Do what they tell U to do ! U can kick it butt I'm sure. MUTTS Inc were probably glad U were home ! HUGS

I need to read exactly what they said.... The words were a blur in my mind the Dr said my cancer is/was extremely rare... She only might see 2 cases a year.

hang in there, talk to her and learn your opinions. must have been done in cancer treatment in the last few years. KEEP IN MIND WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. JUST KEEP US POSTED AS YOU CAN PRAYERS MY FRIENDS, TRY TO REST AND EAT AS WELL AS U CAN..

Bret, let's hope that there are treatments available for extremely rare cancer. You may want to request additional testing and scans to make doubly sure of the diagnosis. I know you can beat this my friend. Above all, stay positive. Huggs.

When I read what you were told yesterday, I did not know what to say and still don't know. I understand your anger and all other emotions, Darter. Tomorrow, my granddaughter will get her final result after her 12 chemo treatments that ended in April this year. From May to the end of September, she and her husband and the two little kids took a long vacation, bought a mobile home and spent time in 6 different countries in areas far away from tourists. They wanted to recover from the past stress and enjoy the nature. She says that she feels good, and we hope that she tells the truth! I should add, she was raised a vegetarian, eats all the fruit she can get and mixes her green "boosters" every day - plant based powder with super food (Organic Superfood Blend). It probably helps her immune system. She did not lose her hair from chemo! What I want to tell you, is NOT to give up. In my granddaughter's case I had also contacted the Mayo Clinic in the beginning. One has to collect all information possible and also should consider alternative medicine in addition. Stay positive..... I am sending positive energies and prayers. Happiness is when what you think, what you say, what you do are in harmony - M. Gandhi
