a Rose by any other name.....  My first Yellow Rose from the climber I just planted this year. Impatiently I waited for the first blossom to see if my selection was right for the front of the house. I will need to make a new trellis for the rose.  I was a bit of a bad boy........... My chauffeur was busy with JD and unavailable this morning to take me into town.  I walked out to my pretty Mercedes and drove my own assets into the grocery store and Farm store for some black spray paint. |

My nurse just called checking up on me. I am back medicated being a good boy spraying my paint and puttering around in the lawn. I just GO until I get5 tired and have to lay down. I am DONE with the boot and walker enough is enough... I am healed.

That's a very pretty rose. I like the yellow ones too. Hope it turns out to be the proper color for the front of the house.

I am glad to hear that the "bad boi" drove himself to town today and didn't wreck the pretty Mercedes. Good thing your nurse didn't catch you out and about. LOL! I was indoors most of the day as it was cold, thundery and we got an inch of badly needed rain. Went from a temp of 93F yester, to 54F today. A real temperature shock. Still getting some very light rain, but is supposed to get up to 86F tomorrow, with very high humidity. I need to go to town one of these days to get a jar of milk as mine expired 3 days ago, but is still drinkable. That's all I need , so it will be an expensive jar of milk. Gasoline has come down in price just a tiny bit, but still very costly.

Gas is $4.29 a gallon here with Balmy Biden trying to salvage the midterm elections by getting the price of gas down. I am now going to start driving on my own deciding the when and where. I've gotten a couple sizable checks in the last few days that has given me plans on where to spend them. That rose reminds me of my favorite aunt, she loved yellow roses. I don't have any roses right now, but at one time I had a few tea roses that I enjoyed tending, and my favorite color was a salmon one that was almost orange. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Gasoline prices are down somewhat here also, but not that low. I don't think the POTUS had anything to do with it though, more likely that the demand has gone down due to the higher prices, so they have to lower the price to sell it.
