Motorhead needed !

I have used my chauffeur picture on several occasions.... Ronnie HATES to have his picture taken! LOL ! We surmise the vehicle is British made.... has that "English" look, however, It lacks the Jaguar Leaper, The Bentley's Grill and the familiar Rolls "Spirit of Ecstasy" hood ornament.

IF any member has a clue to the identity of this sleek Limousine please leave a comment below. Even if you have a hunch to point us in the correct direction... It had British plates on it but we lack going any further on it.

Sorry, I know nothing about cars. Ahhh, but back in the good old days, when I was a teenager, we could recognize the make, model, and year of a car just by seeing the tail lights.
When we were out to the eye doctor yesterday, we stopped at Hickory Rivers BBQ and picked up enough for a couple meals (or more) and that is supper again tonight. One of our daughters and her family just left a bit ago, and we are having a rather late supper because we also had a rather late lunch.
I'm also glad the week is ending, hoping for a peaceful weekend.

I used to have a lot of interest in classical cars, and I think I can identify the one in the picture. I am guessing it is a British Humber Pullman from the 1950's.

It only takes a drop of ink to make a million people think. There are many stories.

I'm not a motorhead but I might be able to point you in the right direction. I think it could be a Humber Pullman limousine (introduced 1930) or Humber Imperial (1939 upgraded badged Pullman version). Right-click on the image then scroll down and select 'Search image with google lens' - it's a very useful tool. A window opens up offering images most resembling yours, in this instance, a car. Click on any image for further information.

The image you use can be found on Pinterest with the caption, 'A Humber Pullman limousine with chaffeur in 1950's'

Our family owned Barbecue closed up several years ago. The kids didn't want to do it when the parents retired due to poor health. Sometimes you just have to plan ahead and stock up on the "essentials" so you don/'t have to cook at home... fast and easy to heat up. I used store bought frozen meatballs.... ssshhhh!

Thank you so much for taking the time to look it up and leave a comment. Those cars before our time can get so tricky to find.

Spaghetti and meatballs. Man, I love that meal. I haven't made it in years. I need to put it on my"to do" list.

A Humber Pullman. Now you know. That is a lot of good information you got from your viewers. Tell Ronnie he has to be very careful when driving it because it is a rare car with only 8 in existence. You are very lucky to own that limo, Darter. LOL!!

I sweeten my marinara with brown sugar. It gives a special flavor

I would imagine it might cost a bit more than the Mercedes.

Glad to be of some assistance. Both Hawkslayer and Crazyhorse hit the nail on the head I think.

What a beautiful car and colour is the MG (checked out 50's/60's model online). Such a pretty shade of blue. I had my house (exterior) painted a duck egg blue because I love the colour so much.

I fell in love with the little colour of blue in Greece.... EVERY building is white with light blue trim...even the churches! I'd Like to know who the guy is with such impeccable tastes in sports cars... he'd fit right in with our Jaguars and Mercedes.
