I cooked a beautiful half pork shoulder roast overnight on "low" in the crock pot. This morning after allowing to cool the meat just fell away from the bone. ( Little problem... 1 bone.... 4 dogs.) Roxy wanted to stay outside this morning while the sun briefly broke though... She got the bone all to herself.... No Sharing. I used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbecue Sauce on the meat with just a touch of my "Secret Elixir" --Lime Juice-- It adds the slightest "tang" to the meat When I make this for the crew they go NUTZO over it. One of our guys ate 6 of them!

That sounds soooooo good. I don't make pulled pork, but we do occasionally buy it from one of the BBQ places. I have to chop it finer for us because they leave it in kind of large chunks. I grew up on hamburger BBQ. Hamburger fried with chopped onions, then catsup and a little mustard added. I still make it that way. But your pulled pork picture has got my mouth watering..... may try out a different place, called Hole in the Wall. My daughter says it has really good food. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

You have them all spoiled with those lovely tasty dishes. I love a nice lean pork loin served with apple sauce, roast spuds, and plenty of veggies. Stuffed pork fillet is another favourite of mine.
