Allergies !!!!!
I haven't been in chat too much lately. My allergies and asthma is wiping me out. Meds not helping ! I need to stay inside !

sorry to hear that you are going thru this i used to get hay fever really bad when I lived on vancouver island one would think that there would be something to help you take care and you are missed in the sff lobby hopefully you will soon be back to normal

star, my thoughts to you. for years any pollen, dust particle or leavves, in mobile would fine my nose. . not sure why but last few years i have had only few incidents. i recommend FLONASE NASAL SPRAY
that will be 15 bucks co-pay hehehehe
i hope u feel better soon. oh also, put Vicks salve in each nostril

ALLERGIES ARE MY RUIN BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT STAYING INDOORS IS NOT ALL THAT HELPFUL. THE COVID DISASTER HELPED SOMEWHAT BECAUSE SURGICAL MASKS HAVE BECOME READILY AVAILABLE AND I USE THEM WHEN I DO HOUSEWORK AND NO ONE FINDS IT ODD IF A PERSON WEARS ONE ON THE BUS OR IN CROWDED PLACES OUTDOORS. MY MEDS HELP BUT ARE NOT FULLY EFFECTIVE. I HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER REAL SOON.

Wow Star I know the feeling. This time of the year always plays havoc with allergies and whatever. I don't like antihistamines so I use Flonase. I usually sneeze a hundred times. It doesn't take much to set it off. You take are and look after those allergies.

Yes all the rain is making it fall, and the grass grows so quickly and the azalea bushes r massive right now !!!!!

A lot of people at work are living through those allergies, huge this spring. I hope you feel better real soon
