Boys r stupid So grandkid gets off the school bus and gets into my car, slumps down into seat. She says, " I need rejection ice cream ! " Now with all the new stuff lately, I'm thinking rejection from what ? Granted pre- is starting way too early now...she said she asked a boy twice to be her Valentine and he said no twice ! So we get in the driveway and she says, " Am I ugly ? " Well it came out " BOYS R STUPID ! " Well guess who got ice cream ????? As not to offend a man's ego, I hope U see that I was referring to little boys who break hearts of little girls. The funny thing is though ..... That is exactly what my told her ! Either I've said it to my or we think alike ! LOL |

But he exercised his right to say no for his own reasons. Perhaps her attitude on previous occasions when she didn't get her own way was enough for the no? Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

Interesting that teaching misandry from generation to generation is OK but misogyny is a strict no no. Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

Girls can say no and it's ok, so why can't a boy say no without being called a stupid boy? Also something to think about is "comfort food", not a good idea. Rejection is a part of life, not everyone is going to like you and we aren't going to like everyone we meet either.

U all r taking this too serious ! I'm talking about a 10 year old who hasn't experienced "LIFE" But, because of something as trivial as a boy saying no, she feels ugly, or less of a person. Everybody has feelings ! I just thought it was funny of my grandkid to respond the way she did ! This is not politics ! It's funny how people can turn it around as a defense protecting boy's feelings !

It's funny how people can turn it around as a defense protecting boy's feelings ! I go through the "I'm ugly" with my grandson. He's far from ugly, in fact, he's really a handsome young man. Maybe you should get her in a self defense class so she can defend herself from all the boys in the future. Tell her pretty girls need to know this stuff to fight off all the boys. That should make her feel better about herself. When I was 14 some guy kept trying to force himself on me, I'd never been kissed by a boy yet and when I told him no about three times and to stop, he wouldn't. So I punched him in the jaw and knocked him out cold. I left him on the ground and walked away... laughing!!!

Ice Creme has generally been the way I deal with heartbreak caused by "Stupid Men."

How on earth is that misogyny? He just said no. It's nothing to do with misogyny. If a grandson had come out with 'GIRLS R SISSIES" would that have een rewarded with ice cream?
