I DID TRY THE MICROWAVE VERSION BUT HAVE GONE BACK TO BUYING THE GRAINS AND POPPING THEM IN A CASSEROLE. MUCH BETTER TASTE.

I remember those Jiffy Pops. I think my mother always made popcorn in a pot on top of the stove. We had to shake it continuously. We only made popcorn at Christmas time when we made popcorn balls and some other kind of popcorn recipe that had lots of sugar in it.
