AT MY AGE, SLEEP IS AN HOURLY EVENT SO SOMETIMES AT THAT TIME I COULD BE AWAKE. BUT I TRY TO AVOID THINKING OF THE THINGS MENTIONED ABOVE.

I used to have that problem but it has changed now and I am glad that it has.

When I wake at an ungodly hour I tell myself, there is NO problem you can solve at this hour. I usually go right back to sleep.

Sometimes it wakes me and there is the problem solved.

I do not watch tv or read...that is using the brain...........
