In my 20's. when I moved to Vancouver, this guy told me I looked exactly like Nancy-Nancy....He proceeded to ask others "Isn't she the spitting image of Nancy-Nancy?....to the point where people started calling me that and I was never sure if they had given me that nick-name or if they thought I really was this other person.....and when I asked them to tell me about that person, like why her name was a repetition, they wouldn't answer.....would shrug or change the subject.....I got so annoyed by being called Nancy-Nancy that I moved to another part of the city and avoided those people.....
