Sassy The were visiting and I was offering to buy take away. We have several nice places here in town. My got Sassy and said Chineses Pizza. She should know by her age, that mom will take sass as a challenge. And so she did! Chinese Pizza is a new "thing" on our list of fusion favorites.   |

Thanks everyone, it did turn out excellent! I used egg roll wrappers, General Taos sauce, stir fry veggies, baby corn and breaded , sliced chicken, then a touch of shredded pepper jack. There are recipes on line. I went just a little rogue.

Looks yummy!! My daughter makes a white sauce pizza, which tastes sooooooo good! We love Chinese food too, so I bet I could get her make a Chinese pizza.
