BOND U R VERY KIND, ALL BUT ONE PICTURED WERE HER WHEN I PURCHASED THIS HOUSE IN 1968. IAM TOLD THE PREV OWNER PLANTED THEM IN THE EARLY 60S. OVE RYEARS MANY HAVE DIED OR LEFT UNATTENDED WHILE RENTED. THIS YARD HAD OVER 35 OF VARYING TYPES.

THOUGHT MIGHT LIKE THIS AND OTHERS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE AZALEA N RHODODENDREN.

All azaleas belong to the Rhododendron genus, but not all Rhododendrons are azaleas

 We have been lucky enough to be in Charleston, SC on several occasions during the spring blooming of the azaleas.... I was utterly amazed because the only ones I had ever seen were potted ones here in the stores and at funerals.
Some yards there had entire fence rows of them, standing 8-10 feet tall and totally covered with blooms! Magnificent sight.
Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Mrs joe CORRECT. AT TEMES I HAVE LET MINE GROW OVER 5 FT. ITIS BEST TO PRUNE THEM AS THE BLOOMS BEGIN TO WILT. I HAE ONE NOW I DDINT SHOW FOR FEAR OF THE PICTURE SHOWING MY HOUSE NUMBER THAT STANDS 5 FT TALL. I USE IT ASA BUFFER FOR THE SOUND FROM THE THUGS CARS RACKET. I THINK THEY CAL IT .
