Welcome to Week 44 – R Week: Pearls' Coastal Capers! Featuring: River, Ramp, Rayleigh Scattering RIVER Smugglers Beach in South Yarmouth is a beautiful place where the RIVER meets the sea. I took this photo this morning! RAMP A ramp at Merrill Veterans Park, taken on a clear day last June. This accessible RAMP leads to a 3-sided lookout bench that has views of a boat club, Bass River, and a tiny island replete with waterfowl. Might be hard to see in the photo but the names of the donors who made the ramp possible are etched in the wood of the ramp itself. I'm grateful to the donors and I think this park is a nice tribute to our veterans. RAYLEIGH SCATTERING Yes, it's true … I hit the dictionary again looking for another way to describe the pretty colors of the sunrise! Adding “RAYLEIGH SCATTERING” to my vocab.  I took this photo on a brisk December day in Harwich Port.Thanks for joining me for Pearls' Coastal Capers - “R week”! A day without dance is .... just kidding. I have no idea!

Beautiful photos, Pearls. I wasn't sure if those were morning or evening until I read the comments, but both have such a peaceful feeling. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
