 I don't either because it all depends on who is asking, who they are asking, and what they are asking. As I've said many times: Figures can lie and liars can figure.
You are so correct..... our vote is our voice.

I usually don't answer my phone unless I know who is the person calling, but now they are polling using text messages. I have a long list of numbers that contact me with poll questions blocked. They are relentless.

Strangely, I have never been called by a pollster for years and years. Then it was a local one, asking opinions on some county and state issues. I've never been polled on a national level.
I wonder if this indicates some bias? You live in a big city in the beltline, I live in a rural area of the heartlands. One tends to be Democrat and the other leans Republican.

They now text me constantly, I just block the numbers. .

 We have a provincial election coming up in October. Strangely enough at this late date the liberal party has split and joined forces with the conservative party. What a mess...I think they are going to lose a lot of votes.
I don't answer my phone to any numbers I don't recognize so they would not be very successful for doing polls with me. You have an interesting election coming up and it is garnering a lot of attention.
