I think the same way about my granddaughters, but the oldest is almost 18 and went off to the UK for the first time with her friend but without Mum. Its only for 3 days but Granny is starting to worry. Your photo is beautiful.

Time goes by so fast and it’s sad when you stop and think of how little of it we actually have. Cherish these moments. As I used to say to my kids when they were small “please don’t grow up so fast.”
