I AM SO VERY SORRY TO HEAR MR JOE HAS PASSED. HE AND MRS JOE WERE FROM MY PART OF THE WORLD AND I THINK ALTHOUGH WE NEVER MET WE NONETHELESS SHARED CERTAIN MEMORIES OF OUR REGION. PLEASE PASS MY MOST SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO MRS JOE.

So sorry to read this. We have missed Pat and Joe on the blogs since they left, but we have thought about them often.

Pat, I will always remember the joking he did. I would believe what he said and then he would crack up. I then knew.....uh oh, he got me again! God and the angels are with him now. We are asked at church on Sundays for prayers for people. We will tell, Joe and Pat.

Mrs. Joe sorry to hear about ur loss ! Even though we never met, I've met through blogs very special friends. U r one of them. If U ever need a friend to talk to, I'm here for U. I was so sorry to hear of Joe's passing on Facebook. I remember the early days on SFF when I first met Joe. He was always so kind. I gave my condolences to Mrs Joe on FB. Today I was talking to a friend and she told me about a fellow I worked with in the 80's and 90's and she mentioned to me he passed away in 2017. I think she had heard about it recently. It made me realize how short life is and it seems to be getting shorter. Give those a hug and tell them you love them that you are close to.

Mrs. Joe helped me so much when I was dealing with the loss of my husband and also my brother. She is a very strong Christian which will help her get through this. I also know that she is walking through a whole lot of grief no matter how strong of a front she is showing. God Speed Mr. Joe - Holding Mrs. Joe in the light with a whole bunch of prayer warriors.
