To Whom It May Concern,
As we all know, dollars raised online will play a pivotal role in helping Republicans win this cycle.
With the RNC now joining President Trump's campaign in a joint fundraising committee, we'reissuing new guidelines for candidates and committees who choose to use President Trump'sname, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.
Beginning tomorrow, we ask that all candidates and committees who choose to use President Trump's name, image, and likeness split a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC. This includes but is not limited to sending to the house file, prospecting vendors, and advertising.
Any split that is higher than 5% will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump's campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.
Additionally, President Trump's campaign and the RNC strive to treat our donors with the utmost respect. When using President Trump's name, image, and likeness, we ask that all campaigns and committees abide by the following messaging guidelines.
Language and tactics we ask for candidates and committees to avoid while using President Trump's name, image, and likeness are:
● Speaking on behalf of President Trump.
○ An example of this would be saying, "President Trump needs you". Only President Trump and authorized personnel on his campaign are allowed to speak on his behalf or any other views he might personally hold.
● Questioning the readers' support of President Trump or tying their support to a financial contribution.
○ An example of this would be "If you support President Trump, you'll contribute now."
● Creating memberships, clubs, or rewards that are not authorized by the campaign.
○ An example of this would be a "Trump Gold Club".
Paid for by Trump National Committee JFC, Inc., a joint fundraising committee of Donald J.
Trump for President 2024, Inc. and the Republican National Committee.
● Using "matching" language or implying the readers' has a larger impact than its face value in conjunction with President Trump's name, image, and likeness.
○ President Trump's campaign and the RNC do not use this tactic, and we're asking all campaigns to avoid this type of language when President Trump is mentioned,or his image is used.
● Using a "reply to donate" or "one-click " features when mentioning President Trump.
● Any mention of the President's family without their consent or the consent of the campaign.
● Impersonating President Trump or his campaign.
○ This includes mimicking the President's logo, using subject lines that make it
appear the sender is President Trump or his campaign, or egregiously copying the
language or style from President Trump's fundraising solicitations.
These examples above are by no means an exhaustive list of language and tactics we'd like for campaigns to avoid. We ask that you please use your best judgment.
Any vendor whose ignore the guidelines mentioned above will be held responsible for their ' actions.
Repeated violations will result in the suspension of business relationships between the vendor and Trump National Committee JFC. This includes list rental agreements.
As the top Republican digital vendors, we ask that you inform your of these new guidelines, and to use your best judgment when mentioning President Trump.
Finally, all committees that have been given the Trump Seal of Approval will be allowed to have one upsell that is personally signed by President Trump. We've seen upsells signed by President
Trump have the highest conversion rates and dollars per view. All we ask for is a 1% split on these upsells.

83-year-old Paris Davis, one of the first Black military officers to lead an elite unit in combat received the nation's highest award YESTERDAY for bravery on the battlefield.
SIXTY YEARS OVERDUE President Biden awarded retired Army Colonel Paris Davis the Medal of Honor, the U.S. military's most prestigious decoration, for Davis' acts of valor as a commander during the Vietnam War.
Biden said, "you are everything this medal means, I mean everything this medal means". ... "you're everything our generation aspired to be. And you are everything our Nation is at our best".
On June 18, 1965, Davis, then a Captain, led his team, plus 95 South Vietnamese troops, in a predawn raid on a North Vietnamese army camp. When the raid started, a counterattack forced the group into a rice paddy with no cover. Every American was wounded, some stranded. Davis, shot and hit by grenade shrapnel, raced back to rescue his team. Davis had been shot twice in the same foot.
Davis twice refused orders from a commander to withdraw. Davis told Commanding Officers "Sir, I'm just not going to leave. I still have an American out there."

In 2017 and 2018 Trump had a LUXURY that most US Presidents don't have ... he had a Republican Majority House and a Republican Majority Senate all wanting to kiss his Republican butt ............AND he still couldn't get an Immigration Reform Bill on his desk to sign into law.
Why's that Hank ... ya think maybe it's because he didn't ask Congress to produce an Immigration Reform Bill?
Trump did ask Congress for a Tax Reform Bill and he got one on his desk pronto .... two trillion dollars in tax cuts for Globalist Businesses and the wealthiest individuals in the world signed into law.

Last week a judge ruled that (Trump copy-cat) Kari Lake does not have a First Amendment right say that Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer is a crook, a criminal, a thief who along with others stole the Arizona Gubernatorial Election from her ........ AND BRING NO EVIDENCE OF IT.
And so here we are again ... Stephen Richer and his family's lives are upside down ... they have been receiving death threats, threats of violence and harassment following Lake's accusations.
The Court Ruling is ... no Kari Lake, the First Amendment doesn't give you the right to SAY WHATEVER THE F*** YOU WANT.
And get ready, Richer's defamation case will be settled in many millions of dollars

This week Rudy Giuliani was found guilty of defaming two State of Georgia Election Workers ... guilty of straight up lying about them in an attempt to help steal the 2020 Election for his 'boss' Donald Trump.
Giuliani's lies caused the two Election Workers to undergo countless death threats ... threats of violence ... and in general made it so they couldn't go home and needed continual FBI protection.
As I am writing this the Jury is deliberating how many millions of dollars the little rat will pay.
