This is sickening. Perhaps each Republican Congressman needs to keep a Democrat Congressman right next to him at all times? Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Ironically, our Republican Senator and our Democrat Senator are frequently next to each other at public events. Contrary to what some folks thing, Democrats and Republicans Congress don't hiss at each other when they pass each other in the halls. They are practicing for a friendly game of baseball against each other as a charity fundraiser.  Yeah, I know. I was just being facetious and suggesting they use their Democrat colleagues as shields. I know that many of them have friends among the opposite side of the aisle and they try to work together for the good of the country......... but then there are those who go on camera and voice such hateful statements and those are what the public sees. I might add, that it is only a few who do that, but again..... those are the ones who grab the camera time and the people see and hear. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
