WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE GUILTY PLEASURE? Gulity pleasures can be food, TV shows or anything else. I love cheesecake but presently I have hold off enjoying it. I do love watching 90 Fiance (thanks ET who got hooked on it lol). What is your guilty pleasure? I may have enjoy it vicariously through you. My favourite treat.... Place in a blender....I use a Magic Bullet... I ripe avocado diced 1/4 cup water 2 heaping tablespoons of very good Dutch cocoa powder 2 heaping tablespoons of powdered whole milk 1heaping tablespoon of honey a small pinch of salt a few drops Vanilla a whole banana that has been sliced and frozen....add this just before you turn it on. I eat half and freeze the rest for later.......I freeze it in one of the containers that come with it and just give it a swirl in the bullet before I eat it........

Hi Elaine...guilty pleasure not sure what that is. It definitely isn't 90 Day Fiance. I love dark chocolate but have to stick to 98% chocolate because of the sugar content.

Pat and Bob, if you don't have any pleasures you feel guilty about, that's great. For me it is more about feeling guilty if I eat something very fattening or too much sugar like cheesecake and coke. A mug of latte coffee. I always drop into my favourite coffee shop when I go out and about. But they are all closed now, take away only.  I see so many people love chocolate, I hate all things chocolate, but by golly I make up for it with other goodies.
