I DON'T WANT TO TAKE SIDES It's getting confusing remembering all the opposing sides in these feuds. I wasn't aware that Diane and Dan have an issue, until the blog I missed earlier in the week. I was told about it and it sounds like it was big. Honestly, I don't really care what the issue is about. I like Diane and I like Dan. For that matter, I have no issues with Leaf or those who oppose him. I welcome him back. I always worry, will he/she be angry when I respond to their "enemy's" post? I certainly hope not. I don't want to take sides. I will continue as I have, commenting on posts that interest me, regardless of who wrote them. Hopefully, it won't come back to bite me. Elaine Shuel |

Elaine you shouldn't worry about whether or not they will be angry with you responding to both of their blogs. Obviously we cant all be friends on here and there are going to be times when someone posts a blog you don't agree with. There are blogs that I don't comment on as it isn't something I am interested in commenting on and so be it.

Some will like you some not regardless. No since in worrying about it. I learned this one from experience. The people who decided they really, really don't like me here did so because I commented on blogs from people they don't like. It had nothing to do with them and it was always about the content of the blog, not about the author or any of the commenters. I suppose this because most people take things personally when in truth unless, someone addresses us directly, things seldom have much to do with us. Spiritwoman ^i^

Hi Elaine: Some of the feuds in this group have been going on for years and even though it seems like several people are involved in a feud, for all we know it could just be two people with multiple profiles insulting each other. The way I see it, there's really no point getting involved in these feuds or taking sides anyway, because there's nothing any of us can do to make them stop.

I tend to stay away from the negative blogs. I am judging Leaf solely on what he has said on my blogs and those of his that I read. As far as taking sides, I defend myself when I need to. That's not taking sides. Taking sides is when the issue has nothing to do with me. Thanks for your comment, Liszt. Elaine Shuel
