Our world is full of heart wrenching situations and pictures. While we are aware of them, we also need to focus on the good things in life, or else we can become depressed and of no use to anybody.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Hello Mrs. Joe.
You are right that we must focus on the good things in life. However I feel that we must not forget such sad events either while focusing on good things in life for obvious reason. We always rejoice for the good things that happened totally forgetting the bad ones. These photographs would tend to keep us alert about things that also happened in the past that made us cry! Take care and enjoy the coming weekend.
