Just for Fun

This was on one of the websites I visit regularly. It's really silly and transparent. I am certain almost all of us know the difference between love and lust but its something to entertain yourself if you're in the mood for something light today.

Quiz: Are You in Love or Lust?

Is It Just a Booty Call or A Real Commitment?

If someone were to ask you how you feel about your latest affair of the heart, would you say you were in love or lust, or maybe even both? Perhaps you’re not even sure. After all, it could be argued that love cannot be found without first experiencing at least a hint of lust, especially in the beginning stages. It’s what happens afterwards, how the relationship develops or doesn’t, that defines it. Love and lust commingle, hangout, do brunch. They have a lot in common, so much so, that sometimes it’s hard to tell one from the other.

So, do you want to know once and for all if you are in love or lust? Take this short quiz, and find out if you’re in it for the long haul or just a booty call.

“The boyfriend/girlfriend status leads to more things and more responsibilities. It plainly scares most men and a lot of women.” – Psychic Sable ext. 5336
1. When you first met, you instantly pictured them:
a. In bed
b. Holding your hands
c. Holding hands in bed

2. When you have free time, you:
a. See what your friends are doing
b. Immediately think of your honey
c. Try to hook up with that guy/girl you just met

3. When you’re invited to a party, you:
a. Go alone hoping you’ll hook up
b. Don’t think of anyone else but your sweetheart
c. Can’t decide who to ask

4. After getting frisky together, they fall asleep and you:
a. Make a fast exit without waking them
b. Smile as you watch them, and even giggle if they snore
c. You get up and make coffee, and then leave if they don’t wake up

5. When they tell you about their day, you:
a. Tune them out and look at your watch
b. Listen, even if you don’t know what they’re talking about
c. Try to seem interested, but you’re slightly distracted

6. When you’re together in a moment of silence, you find yourself:
a. Bored out of your mind
b. Totally comfortable and happy
c. Wondering if you should think of something to say

7. Being with someone like him/her makes you:
a. Question your values
b. Feel warm and fuzzy
c. Think about sex all the time

Mostly A’s: If you answered mostly “a,” you’re completely and utterly in lust. Your amore du jour may make you scream their name in the boudoir, but you’re not ready to mix your worlds. It may seem intoxicating, but lust usually loses its luster after a while.

Mostly B’s: If you answered mostly “b,” consider yourself hopelessly, hauntingly in love. It may have started as lust, but somewhere along the line you realized that they were perfect for you, and now you’re inseparable. It wouldn’t hurt to stoke some of the love fires with a little lust, too, just to keep it hot.
“Believing in love is often a theme interwoven as we go about our daily routines.” – Psychic Althea ext. 9582

Mostly C’s: If you answered mostly “c,” you fall under the “both” category and could very well be on your way to being in love, but for now, you’re happy with the status quo. Only time will tell. Enjoy the best of both worlds.

Ah well, they say nothing lasts forever. Hope it was a good relationship while it lasted - that's what counts.

I shall have you know, SpiritLady, that I am too polite and old fashioned to let anyone know whether I am in love, lust, both or all !!

Lol @ myself.

I believe in what my Father told me - sex means commitment - is that too good or too bad ?? Whatever be it, hopefully, I shall continue to abide by it.

Sleep well and have a wonderful day tomorrow.
