The Tortoise and the "Hair" I "spring forward" with the grace of a tortoise Weighted down by my home in a shell Never sticking my neck out, has a purpose With one foot in heaven and six feet to hell The "whether" gets warmer from the cold And a lights beckons to the dark To venture out, to become bold But a 'net" awaits, and so the shark Many miles have been traveled With no time to think about "stuff" Lots of history needs to be unraveled And the measure of when "enough is enough" Old is not new, so why pretend Better of worse, no longer to decide My shell is thicker, but, until the end I'll bask in the sun, and keep my head inside |

It seems i woke up this morning and lost an hour..And wondering if i should chase it down and get it back. Typically a time to be "renewed" to catch up to that which has been lost. But it seems this year is different..It's not about what i lost it's about what i can find. In the world which now has a hard time finding the truth. It's much easier for me to find it in myself.
