PhotoFriday Baby It's ICE Outside We've had our second winter storm in a week. I had to cancel an appointment for an echogram earlier on Monday. The roads were ICY and closed. Cars were stuck on the INTERSTATE for hours. It was a good time to stay at home. Our Second Storm happened on Thursday. It's time to break out the fancy soups. If I want to warm up, I can get into the freezer. I have ICE Cubes Pumpkin Curry Soup, Potato Soup, and Bone Broth in the Souper Cubes. A few minutes in the Microwave - Viola!!! Beautiful Soup so rich and green, (with a little bit of help from Parsley Flakes, Chives, and Spinach) waiting in a hot tureen! Who for such dainties would not stoop. Soup of the Evening, Beautiful Beautiful Soup! If I crave ICE CREAM, I have frozen yogurt as a reasonable facsimile.    Abracadabra  |

NO TIME TO BE OUTSIDE, THAT IS FOR SURE. IT IS GETTING COLDER HERE TOO, THE WIND COMING IN FROM THE MOUNTAINS WAS VERY CHILLY EVEN MID AFTERNOON. BUT "COLD" HERE IS NOTHING LIKE "COLD" WHERE YOU LIVE. STAY SAFE.

It's no fun having to stay in when the roads are icy and dangerous but it sounds like you're all set with goodies in your freezer! A day without dance is .... just kidding. I have no idea!

Plenty of ice on offer for sure. You are well set food wise anyway. Stay safe and warm.  We had a short snow shower today, it didn't stick though, the ground was too wet. Very cold here the last few days.

It's good to view the ice outside from a warm inside. Those pictures of it felt cozy. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
