CBD's & Conversations With Alexa

Interesting today. Last week I order a product on-line with plans to pick it up the store. This is a body lotion with lavender, green tea, coco butter, AND 2000MG CBD. When I got to the store, I purchased Gummy Chews with 750MG CBD.

The CBD is deprived from Hemp which is a cousin of Marijuana. It has the benefits of medical Marijuana minus the buzz. The last thing in the world that I want is to become a senior junkie which some doctors seems to be notorious for trying to turn me into one.

My plan is to give this a try and ditch at least one of the allopathic medications which don't seem to work anyway.

It is kind of ironic because medical Marijuana is legal in West Virginia but there are no legal distributors. I know a retired Marine who has a Medical Marijuana from another state. He really needs it. Still, he has to it illegibly.

I talked to the owner who told that when the State Government finally gets off it's azzzzzzzzzzzzzz, that she will get a permit to distribute it legally.

Personally, I am opposed to drug laws, especially those involving Marijuana. It's a source of revenue for barristers and jailers while doing nothing to help those with addiction.

I am a teetotaler because it is a choice that works best for me but I don't have to support the reinstatement of prohibition laws that deprive others who have different choices.

Some people who drink alcohol become alcoholics while most don't. The same with Marijuana recreational or otherwise.

After an interesting conversation with the business owner - I came home and started talking to Alexis. I usually ask her to find my phone if I lost it. I will ask her to play the music of Stephen Halpern during Silent Worship at our Zoom Meetings. I ask Alexis about the weather or how to spell a word.

Sometimes, I will ask Alexis some of the most bizarre questions just for amusement . So I asked her, "Where can I go to get "laid?" The answers, Laid Back Store in Virginia, Laid Back Cat in North Carolina, Laid Back Cafe in Maryland, Laid Back Pub in Pennsylvania.

I am not sure that Alexa understood the question so I got a little more direct. "Alexia, Where can I go to find S*X?!" She sent to Florida.

The reason I asked this question is because there is a blogger on this site who is insisting that I am interest in seducing another blogger. This is someone that I've never met, seen, or spoken to. Far as I know, he lives in another state a considerable distance away. I am sure that her motivation is slander and libel but it more a reflection of her character than it is mine. Poor her.

Realistically, if I were truly interested in sensual gratification, all I have to do is call one of my 's friends who live a few miles away. If I take the train to Atlanta, I could interest one of my older 's friends.

In reality, all I am interested in is the local antique dealer who is closer to my age accompanying to the Opera. I will be so glad when they start livestreaming it into the Greenbrier Valley Theater Again.

I hope you have success with the CBD products. I've heard some do and some don't.... I was one of those that didn't. I tried the oil and a topical rub for my arthritis pain. A friend told me about Tumeric, but it upset my stomach almost immediately, so I have no idea if it would have worked or not.
As far as topical rubs, I like the Blue Emu, even better than the Voltaren the doc gave me by prescription.

I have been using lidocaine patches and Diclofenac Sodium Gel for the arthritis pain. I am hoping to get a hip replacement in a few months.

I am hoping that the CBD will help with OAB. Prescribed medications don't seem to help at all. I am researching non allopathic solutions to fix it. Physical therapy, pumpkin seed oil, and according to my research CBD works as well. Once the allopathic medication runs out, I am ditching it forever.

I have to laugh because when I was hospitalized, I brought my medications with me. One of them is Mybetriq for the OAB. It is very expensive but fortunately my insurance covers it. They were pushing IV fluids and giving me Oxybutynin instead of Mybetriq probably because of the expense. It is absolutely no medication in the world that is going to control OAB when they are pushing IV fluids. It seemed like the Oxybutynin was a real Oxymoron. I had the Mybetriq with me but that wouldn't have helped either. OAB was the least of my problems at that time.

OAB is not uncommon for older women and damn annoying. I've had some good effects from physio, got a program leaflet from a research facility and will have a cystoscopy next month to rule out anything easily fixable. I've just started Myrbetriq, will see how that goes, it's about $30. a month here.

I take paracetamol every day for my arthitis, and when the pain is really bad I apply difene gel, thanfully it eases the pain considerably and sometimes completely. Hopefully the above items do the trick for you, good luck.

Right now I am so thankful that I don't have OAB!! After that last surgery I had a few years ago I think nerves were taken out with that tumor, my appendix and useless female organs. Can't tell if my bladder is full until the last minute!

As far as arthritis, I discovered MSM. Gave it to my daughter's horse when arthritis in his hips was causing him pain. Changed that horse in a couple of months, he went from pain to acting like he was a 5 year old again. When I started getting arthritis in my hips I remembered what MSM did for him and started taking human grade MSM for myself. All I can say is that it worked for me, I no longer have hip pain and still take MSM everyday. Not sure if it works if arthritis is in advanced stage, but it may not hurt to try it.

I knew a dairy farmer who used to self medicate himself with medications from his animal medicine chest. LOL.... worked for him!
I too take MSM, along with Glucosamine and Chondroitin and Collagen 1,2,&3. I also like the topical rubs like Arnica and Blue Emu for fast relief on heavy working days. Recently added another joint supplement.... I keep seeing those ads for Relief Factor, but the cost is pretty high, so I did a little research and thought I would try this one. It seems to help, but I'll know more in a few weeks.

It is ironic because I have far more supplements than I do prescription meds, I was delighted to find out that my Humana insurance gives $125. for over the counter supplies. I use it to buy Glucosamine Chondroitin, Magnesium, Melatonin, and 80 mg Aspirin. I also use bone broth for digestive support and also for the joints. I also take pumpkin seed oil for OAB. So now I am taking CBD's.

My recent surgery was to repair a hiatal hernia that pushed the stomach into the chest area. NO amount of prescription medications or supplements could help that condition.
