Actions to Escape the Boobie Hatch

Sanity: the ability to think and behave in a normal and rational manner; sound mental health

Step Two: Came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity. I used to hear that people don't get into trouble for being crazy, they get in trouble for ACTING crazy.

Right action leads to right thinking. I grew up in a dysfunctional environment that I had no clue what normal was. I would observe normal people and follow thier example.

While mental illness is not a moral issue, it is helpful for individuals to take responsibility for that illness and be able to recognize behavior that feeds that illness.

So is spamming a blog site normal behavior? I think not. Perhaps the individual is Ambien blogging, in a manic state or on some kind of binge. Sometimes the way to skyrocket to wellness is to say "Hey! This is abnormal behavior, Stop and do something different.

Just my not so humble observation. Sometimes it seems like the inmates are running the looney bin on this site.

When wrong promptly admit it. We all screw up but it is important to recognize when we do ASAP, take the lesson and do something different.

Star, I laughed at your title.... I had not heard that expression since..... well, since I don't remember when.
And the blog itself was full of truths and things to consider for each of us.
Sadly, so many people want to apply these things to others, and not realize how apt they are to themselves. We should all do some self analyzing and make changes.

IT SEEMS CLEAR THAT BLOG HOGGING IS A SIGN OF INSTABILITY. IT IS SURPRISING SFF IS DOING NOTHING TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF BLOGS PER PERSON PER DAY. IT IS BEYOND ME THAT CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS HAVE SO MANY HANDLES AND JUST HAVE TO UTTER OPINIONS SO CONTRARY TO REALITY. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN EVENTS PROVE THEM TOTALLY WRONG? I HAVE GIVEN UP TRYING TO FIGURE IT ALL OUT.

It is true that the only person we can really fix is ourselves but I still look at the some of the bloggers act and shake my head.

I know..... there's an old saying if you throw a shoe in a pack of dogs, the one it hits will yelp. I saw one who yelped, "I'm not crazy" and continues to act crazy. Actions do speak louder than words.

"Yelp! I'm not crazy," can be used to justify continued crazy behavior. Recognizing crazy behavior is the first step to healing, The desire to stop the crazy behavior and do better follows. Some people just enjoy thier insanity although it seems like it would be painful to me.
