Protesting the Governor's House -West Virginia Style

I am sooooo glad to be in West Virginia. Thus far the protests have been peaceful but if trouble comes - the local rednecks know how to handle it.

Word was that Protesters were going to the Governor's home. I am all for peaceful protest but going to somebody's private resident is crossing the line. I was tempted to grab my sign and counter protest but nixed the idea.

The protestors were at the park and got a message from the Governor.

SO Governor Justice says... Y'all didn't show up at my house I'll meet you at the park and discuss your issues....And he did just that! Bravo Big Jim!!!

Jim Justice ran for governor in 20 as a democrat. Once he got into office and realized how ridiculous the Democrats were acting, he changed parties. I understand his sentiments. I did the exact same thing but only as a constitute.

I get so tired of people trying to make Trump the of racial injustice when the Democrats have done very little to improve the lives of minorities. The most blighted communities are Democratic control. Federal dollars pour into these communities year after year but nothing get improved. On the same note, the same scenerio happens in Central American countries yet people are making dangerous treks to get over to the United States.

Where is that going?

Somewhere along the line, these communities have to do something to fix themselves. Hanging onto the victim status accomplishes nothing but to give others control of them . The far left liberal politicians for example. They keep making promises while delivering nothing but keep voted in.

Consider the condition of the districts of the democratic politicians that keep getting voted in year after year after year.

Hundreds of elected officials and law enforcement officials walked and talked with demonstrators. A Michigan Sheriff Chris Swanson took off his helmet and laid down his weapons ... he walked and talked with protesters … he told the protesters "these cops love you". That's what I call leadership. And, kudos to big Jim.

Trump in the same situation cowered in a bunker … and then of course lied about it.
