Senator Capito stated that she would not support the AHC Repeal because it would hurt West Virginians and she DID NOT come to Washington to hurt people. The Week before Trump went to a Boy Scout Jamboree in West Virginia. Capito also attended the event. Coincidently, Capito went back on her word and voted for the repeal. The Players in the Chart are the Mars(Trump) Saturn(Capito) and the Moon(Constituents) The Mars is in the First House keeping company with the Sun. The Sun is in it's own dignity and placing Trump and his Ego in the Hot Seat. Saturn(Capito is in the sixth House) This house concerns Health Care. The Libra Moon (Constituents) sit in the 4th House keeping company with Jupiter. All of the Players with the exception of the Sun are Ho Hum with absences of any negativity. The Leo Sun is in it's own Ruling Sign thus the most powerful aspect in the chart. I suspect that it was Trump GOP Cronies that has a conversation with Capito to influence her vote.
