Star Runs Like an OLD!!!!!! Girl! Celtic Knot 5K  Last Year's Timing was 51 minutes and 34 Seconds This Year's Timing was 60 Minutes and 4 Seconds My Bad! When I came back to West Virginia in June, I didn't want to run because it was too hot in the Summer. Winter came and it was too cold. Oh Well! In January I joined a Gym and got started again. Nevertheless, it was an awesome run. West Virginia has a lot more twist, turns and hills so even if I made the run with last years timing, I would have progress. The Lesson I've learned about set back is to keep moving forward anyway. Next Month is a 10K Run with a Chocolate Festival Afterwards. That is positively ecstatic!!!!! Abracadabra  |

I see nothing wrong with your finish time. I can't say I could do it... Wow, a chocolate festival after a run, now that makes perfect sense to me! Any time is a good time for chocolate!!
