Born Romantic

Valentine's Day is coming and love is in the air.
I don't think those who feel love celebrate it only once a year. I think love is to be lived and celebrated every moment.
Love isn't all kisses and gropes, it is more than that. Love is a that brings you a flower picked from your own garden. Love is the sparkle that glistens off the water and the day begins and comes to an end. Love is the moment a person takes to help another whether friend or stranger. Love is many things and no one thing, equally.
Even though Love is to be lived and celebrated every day, on this one day, take a moment reflect on just what love is to you.

Best thing to do on Valentine's Day is to volunteer to feed the homeless at a soup kitchen, etc.

If that is what fulfills you. I am certain it is appreciated by many. It is certainly a demonstration of love for ones fellow man.
There is a soup kitchen here, open six days per week, but we do not have a great need, so it is not manned with volunteers, simply stocked and they can choose what they like and get out of the cold. We do have a program that delivers food to families in need, a different local community each week.

i've been called a hopeless romantic by friends, my daughters and even referred myself as one over the past years several times. now i prefer a different description. a "hopeful romantic."
